May 17th: Excavator Demobilizing
- As this is a large piece of equipment, must be done during ‘off hours’
- Will happen between 1-2am Wednesday (Tuesday night)
- Flatbed truck will arrive at the Powderhouse Blvd entry point to the tenant parking lot between 1 and 2am.
- The driver will back the flatbed through the tenant parking lot into the site where the excavator will be loaded and secured for transport
Construction work:
- work this week will be focused on earthwork, removing dirt from site, and utility connections
- Building foundation and pilings will follow in the next few weeks
