April/May
April 22nd – May 3rd Parking Lot Excavation
Beginning Monday April 22nd, the contractor will trench the 34 North Street tenant parking lot, planning to complete work by Friday May 3rd.
During that week, there will be no access to this area between 7am-3pm Monday thru Friday. All open trenchwork will be overlayed with road plates at the end of each working day 3pm which will provide use of available parking spaces in this lot between the hours of 4pm – 7am daily. We encourage tenants to utilize the main lot off of Powderhouse as much as possible.
Building 34 access: 34A, 34B, 34C will be accessible to residents off of the tenant walkway adjacent to community dumpsters, park benches, tenant “garden”.
24 North Street access: 24C, 24B, 24A can be accessed during this time period off of North street at the walkway in between the 24 Building and North Street Veteran’s Playground. We are coordinating with SHA law enforcement and will have individuals on foot to supervise and re-direct foot traffic if there is any confusion.
