The Redevelopment of Clarendon Hill is underway! The first building shown here as Building E is now complete and occupied. The name of this property is 20 Stephenson Aman Apartments.

The second phase of this redevelopment, shown below within the green dotted line section, is scheduled to begin construction in 2026.

The final approved zoning plan includes a total of 591 apartments, including the 216 replacement public housing apartments, 80 new affordable apartments, and 295 new market-rate apartments. These new buildings are laid out around a shared central park and knitted together with a series of smaller intersecting roadways.
